ROBERT PATERSON – PARTNER
A graduate of Aberdeen University and a partner in the firm since 1984. Robert has been the resident partner at our Westhill office for over 40 years, dealing principally with property sales and purchases, conveyancing, commercial leasing, Wills, Powers of Attorney and administration of estates. Robert is also a Notary Public and Senior Tutor of Private Client in the Diploma of Legal Practice at Aberdeen University

STEPHEN BLAND – PARTNER
Also a graduate of Aberdeen University, Stephen joined the firm in 2010 and was assumed as a Partner in 2024. He is an experienced Solicitor and Notary Public involved in a variety private client work including Wills, Powers of Attorney, administration of Estates and Trusts and Guardianships. He is also involved in property work and conveyancing. He is also a Notary Public.

ANDREW WHYTE – CONSULTANT
A graduate of Aberdeen University, Andrew retired as a partner in 2024 having been assumed as a partner in 1981. He is continuing with the firm as a full time consultant at our Aberdeen office to advise new and existing clients. He is a native of the North East and provides legal services to clients throughout the north east corner including Fraserburgh and Peterhead. He deals mainly in property sales and purchases, conveyancing, Wills and Estates and company matters. He is also a Notary Public.

EHSUN CHOUDRY – SOLICITOR
A graduate of Robert Gordon University, Ehsun is a Qualified Solicitor and Notary Public, having joined the firm in 2025. He previously practised at an established legal firm in Argyll but wished to return to his native Aberdeen.
Ehsun is based at our Westhill office and handles a variety of matters, including property sales and purchases, conveyancing, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration and some Commercial work.

Lorraine Anderson, based at our Aberdeen property department and Laura Alexander, based at our Westhill property shop, offer friendly and professional advice on property sales and purchases.
They will guide you through the whole process for placing your property on the market for sale, including arranging the Home Report, photographs, a video tour and particulars of the property. They will advise on “ and then continue with the existing wording “the marketing” to the end of the paragraph.
The marketing of the property using online advertising including social media platforms and at our prominent Property Shop in Westhill and Property Department in Aberdeen. They will expertly negotiate on your behalf to achieve the best possible price for your property and complete a successful sale.
